Here’s the gist of the Central Bank history of the USA without going into too much detail:

  1. The first “American” money was called “Continental Currency” – After the American Revolutionary War began in 1775, the Continental Congress began issuing paper money known as Continental currency, or Continentals. A primary problem was that monetary policy was not coordinated between Congress and the states, which continued to issue bills of credit.
  2. Second was the Bank of North America – Bank of North America was a private bank first adopted on May 26, 1781, by the Continental Congress, and opened in Philadelphia on January 7, 1782. Using loans from the Netherlands and France, the bank issued paper currency. This was done by the first Secretary of the Treasury Alexander Hamilton as a way to “fund the American Revolutionary war”. Which was still going on at the time.
  3. Third was the First Bank of the United States, a national bank, chartered for a term of twenty years, by the United States Congress on February 25, 1791. Hamilton’s bank proposal faced widespread resistance from opponents of increased federal power. Secretary of State Thomas Jefferson and James Madison led the opposition, which claimed that the bank was unconstitutional, and that it benefited merchants and investors at the expense of the majority of the population. George Washington initially declared that he was hesitant to sign the “bank bill” into law. Washington asked for the written advice and supporting reasons from all his cabinet members—most particularly from Hamilton. Attorney General Edmund Randolph from Virginia felt that the bill was unconstitutional. A private corporation with public duties, the bank handled all fiscal transactions for the U.S. Government, and was accountable to Congress and the U.S. Treasury. Twenty percent of its capital was owned by the federal government, the bank’s single largest stockholder. Four thousand private investors held 80% of the bank’s capital, including one thousand Europeans. The bulk of the stocks were held by a few hundred wealthy Americans. In its time, the institution was the largest monied corporation in the world. President Andrew Jackson after his inauguration in 1829 strongly opposed the privately owned Central Bank. To Jackson, the bank symbolized how a privileged class of businessmen oppressed the will of the common people of America. Paper currency in the form of banknotes was issued by privately owned banks; the notes being redeemable for gold and silver coins at the bank’s office. The paper currency was not legal tender. Such notes had value only if the bank could be counted on to redeem them. If a bank failed, its notes became worthless. In the 1860’s during the Civil War President Abe Lincoln issued “Greenbacks” which were essentially the same kind of “fiat” paper currency the the private owned central banks issued but they were being issued by the United States not a Privately owned Bank. Many people believe this is why Abe Lincoln was assassinated (because he copied exactly the scheme of the private bankers). This brings us to today (When the Rothschilds totally own the Central Bank of America through the Federal Reserve) the Federal Reserve Act was passed in 1913 in the middle of the night 3 days before Christmas when a quorum of Congress wasn’t even present. “In plain English, the Federal Reserve Act authorized a private central bank to create money out of nothing, lend it to the government at interest, and control the nation’s money supply, expanding or contracting it at will.” Weeks before FSA was enacted, the 1913 Revenue Act became law. It imposed a federal income tax. It did so to pay bankers interest on America’s money. It let taxpayers do it. The Panic of 1907 convinced many Americans of the need to establish a central banking system, which the country had lacked since the Bank War of the 1830s. Then John D. Rockefeller Jr., established and chaired a commission to investigate the crisis and propose future solutions, leading to the creation of the Federal Reserve System. The Rockefellers being a controlled arm of the Rothschild as well as through their operative Paul M. Warburg. The thing that was done during this time that is the MOST IMPORTANT THING TO REMEMBER is that this is the period when GOLD AND SILVER BACKING was removed from the United States Dollar and America was put on the “Fiat Standard”. In 1963, the words “PAYABLE TO THE BEARER ON DEMAND” were removed from all newly issued Federal Reserve notes. Then, in 1968, redemption of pre-1963 Federal Reserve notes for gold or silver officially ended. MuckRock (a non-profit organization which assists anyone in filing governmental requests for information through the Freedom of Information Act, then publishes the returned information on its website and encourages journalism around it) filed an FOIA request with the Washington State Fusion Center about antifascist and white supremacists groups.

The WSFC responded as normal and per usual, except that:

“I got back many standard documents in response,” said MuckRock’s journalist Curtis Waltman who filed the request, “including emails, intelligence briefings and bulletins, reposts from other fusion centers – and then there was one file titled “EM effects on human body.zip.”

The mysterious Zip file (“EM effects on human body.zip.”, downloadable here), stands for “ElectroMagnetic”.

Images insides the file describe techniques of remote mind-control weapons, and the several effects of “psycho-electric weapons” on the human body.

Her family surname is “Ciccone” her grandfathers name was Gaetano Ciccone. Once when I was visiting there we were driving through the town where her family was from which is the small town of Pacentro in Abruzzo. They told me that when Madonna became very famous the town had a statue of her built in the piazza (town square) and after a while the Catholic Priest of the town made them tear the statue of Madonna down because she was a blasphemous human being…

Globalist Art (Babies with Faces replaced by Barcodes) hiding in plain sight since 1994

Babies (Czech: Miminka) is a series of sculptures by Czech artist David Černý. The piece consists of several sculptures depicting babies, which are 350 cm long and 260 cm high. Their faces are replaced with bar code stamps. The first baby was presented in 1994 at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Chicago. Later it was exhibited in many places around the world.
